Dr. sean Harris

PT, DPT, PHD, OCS, FAAOMPT

When I was 21, a spine surgeon diagnosed me with degenerative disc disease and told me I should never lift weights again.

At the time, I had some back pain while exercising but was still able to lift weights multiple times a week while serving as captain of my college rugby team. I remember thinking:

There has to be a better way.

A woman with tattoos on her arm sitting and listening to a man in a gym or fitness training facility. The man is standing and speaking to her, wearing a shirt with 'H.E.R.T.' on it, and gesturing with his hands.

It can be difficult navigating our healthcare system and knowing who to trust with your injuries. I spent over a decade getting every degree and specialization available to me, building strong relationships with other providers, and learning the ins/outs of getting people better.

There is a better way to manage pain and injury, and we're bringing that to you with H.I.R.T.
