Conditions We Treat
Doctor-Level Care for the Conditions That Don't Fit a Generic Protocol
Most clinics treat the diagnosis on the referral. We diagnose the actual driver behind your pain — then build a 1-on-1, individualized rehab plan around it. Below are the conditions we see most often.
Spine & Nerve
Low Back Pain
From disc-related pain and stenosis to mechanical back pain and facet syndrome. Doctor-level differential diagnosis to find the actual driver — not just the diagnosis on the referral.
Neck Pain
Mechanical neck pain, cervical radiculopathy, headaches, and post-whiplash recovery. Includes screening for cervical myelopathy and instability — issues that don't belong in conservative care unrecognized.
Sciatica
True sciatica from radiculopathy vs. piriformis syndrome vs. referred pain — they look similar but require very different treatment. Neurodynamic assessment, directional preference, and progressive loading.
Nerve Injuries
Radiculopathy and peripheral neuropathies — including carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, and post-surgical nerve recovery. We differentiate root-level vs. peripheral causes precisely, then apply the right intervention.
Upper Extremity
Rotator Cuff & Shoulder Pain
Rotator cuff tears, impingement, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), labral injuries, and post-op rehab. Irritability staging first, then progressive loading — never the same generic shoulder protocol.
Golfer's & Tennis Elbow
Medial and lateral epicondylopathy treated as the tendinopathies they are: stage-matched isometric, isotonic, and Heavy Slow Resistance loading. Plus assessment of the kinetic chain — wrist, shoulder, and trunk.
Lower Extremity
ACL & Knee Injuries
Post-ACL reconstruction return-to-sport, meniscal injuries, patellofemoral pain (runner's knee), and patellar tendinopathy. Force-plate-validated symmetry testing and ACL-RSI screening before clearance.
Hip Impingement & Labral Tears
Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), labral tears, hip flexor and adductor strains. Movement screening to identify which patients respond to conservative care and which need surgical consultation.
Achilles Tendinopathy
Insertional and mid-portion Achilles issues — staged loading from isometrics through Heavy Slow Resistance. Common in runners and weekend athletes; requires the right load, not rest.
Plantar Fasciitis
Heel pain that's stubborn because most people are told to rest it. Combined manual therapy, eccentric loading, and gait reassessment to fix the actual driver.
Sports Injuries
Hamstring Strains
Acute hamstring injuries and chronic high-grade strains. Progressive loading, eccentric work (Nordic protocol), and sport-specific return criteria — re-injury rates drop dramatically with the right rehab.
Ankle Sprains & Instability
Acute lateral ankle sprains, recurrent instability, and high ankle sprains. The most under-rehabbed injury in sports — chronic instability is preventable with proper rehabilitation.
